Why do you charge for your service?
There are various costs involved with running a high traffic site. We feel that our fee if very fair and reasonable. No other site can give you so much exposure for so little money. 

During the past year, photographers and agents viewed over 18 million portfolios on our site!  

I uploaded NEW pictures but the old pictures are still on the site.
If you view your old images prior to uploading new ones, you may run into this problem. The old images are probably stored in a cache. A cache is temporary internet files either stored on your computer or at your ISP. They help speed up your web surfing. Other people viewing your WebtalentŪ portfolio can see the new photos. 

If you wait a few days, you will be able to see the new ones. Sometimes you can delete temporary internet files off your computer, thus enabling you to see the new pictures.

You can also avoid this problem by uploading new pictures PRIOR to viewing your portfolio.

I uploaded my pictures but nothing appears.
Currently, our
web server can only accept .jpg or .jpeg images. Please do not try to upload .bmp images.

I am using AOL and uploaded .jpg pictures but nothing appears.
If you downloaded your .jpg images from another site, AOL compresses the file into a different format (.ART). The file keeps the .jpg extension but it is really an .art file. Solution:

Select:
- Members
- Preferences
- WWW
- Web Graphics
Turn off Compress Graphics

Then download the files again. Then login and upload the new files.

How do I get my photos into my computer?

Yes. If are a WebTV user and don't have the capability of uploading, we will upload your photos for you. Send your "Screen Name", "Password" and the URL of your photos to:
